Pargol Partovi is an Associate Attorney in the Immigration Section of Zelnick & Erickson, P.C. In 2003, Pargol received her law degree from University of Tehran School of Law in Tehran, Iran. In 2007, she graduated with a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the American University, Washington College of Law in Washington D.C. Pargol has an educational background in two different legal systems, a civil law country and a common law country.

During law school, Pargol served as a legal intern/clerk at Holland & Knight LLP.’s Community Services Team where she dedicated herself to assisting indigent clients seeking asylum. She has gained experience in immigration law in the areas of family and business immigration since she was admitted to the Commonwealth of Virginia and District of Columbia Bars in 2009.

Pargol is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Iranian-American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Pargol has a native fluency in Farsi (Persian) language, and is fluent in Dari.
